My other creation using kimchi.
Kimchi beef yakiniku soup. At first I wasn't add beef yakiniku. I only use kimchi +water+sugar+salt+gocujang+enoki mushroom +tofu. The tase was a bit strange. Rrr. Un- delicious.
Then I looked up the dining table and found mbak nani's beef yakiniku, I put a lot of it in the soup -I even drained the sauce-. Then the taste was getting better, edible but not delicious, then I searched on the masako (penyedap rasa gitu,apalah bahasa inggrisnya) but found none. So I asked mbak nani to borrowed one from my uncle's house.
Shortly, I added the masako and the soup came out tasty!
