i havent cook any bibimbap nor try one, that's why this is "my own version of bibimbap". kkk
i cooked it based on my seonsaengnim guide on how to make it.
donno wether it was right or wrong, but it taste good, anyone want to try? :D
what to prepare:
- margarins
- minced garlic and spanish onion
- sesame oil
- veggie : i use carrot, chinese cabbage, mini corn, and bean
- egg
- rice
- gochujang
stir-fry the veggie + margarins + sesame oil + minced onion and garlic + a lil pour of salt and sugar + gochujang
make the scramble egg by mixing the egg and gochujang + some semase oil
all the ingredients are ready to be mixed!
mix it well
put some extra gochujang if needed + kimchi!
